How Do I Schedule an Appointment?
At AllStar Animal Clinic, we prioritize your pet's care and strive to accommodate your schedule. Monday through Friday, our last appointment of the day is typically scheduled for 3:30 PM. We are also available on Saturday from 8:30–11:30 AM.
In case of an emergency, please feel free to visit us directly. However, we recommend contacting us beforehand so we can provide specific guidance and ensure we're ready to assist you upon your arrival. You can reach us through the Contact Us page on this website, or by calling us at 504-483-2224.
Do We Provide Emergency & Urgent Care?
For emergencies outside our regular hours, we recommend two reputable 24/7 facilities in Metairie:

During our operating hours, we prioritize emergency appointments and will make every effort to accommodate urgent cases between scheduled appointments. What Payment Options Are Accepted?
We accept various payment methods, including cash, checks, and all major credit cards (including Care Credit). Payment is expected at the time of service. To ensure transparency, we’re pleased to provide estimates in advance upon request.
How Can I Get a Health Certificate?
To travel with your pet, it’s important to get all necessary vaccines, tests, and certificates ahead of time. AllStar Animal Clinic can provide you with the health certificate your pet needs to travel.
Please check the requirements of the country you are traveling to as well as the airline you are flying with. Some health certificates require multiple appointments starting up to 3 months before your trip.
